Navvayd Kashmiri Noon Chai is our homage to the snow-kissed valleys of Kashmir, where pink, salt-kissed tea warms every winter gathering. We slow-roll high-grown green leaves with a whisper of baking soda, Himalayan rock salt, and a hint of cardamom, then fire-cure them to unlock the chai’s signature blush. When simmered with water and milk, the liquor turns a delicate rose-pink and releases silky notes of toasted nuts and gentle florals, balanced by a soft, savoury finish.
