Return Process

  Ensure the product is unused, has all original tags attached, and is kept in its original packaging for a successful pickup.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 2-3 business days to collect the package.

  Receive Refund

  After the returned item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
